Summary
The Project Coordinator Intern interprets aftermarket requirements and ensures the technical, commercial, and legal scope of supply and/or service is delivered to client satisfaction within budget.
Evaluations follow Cameron procedures, policies, and financial strategies established at local, divisional, and corporate levels.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Comprehend customer contractual conditions and specifications through the Contract Review process
- Manage projects for strip, overhaul, repair & upgrade, ensuring delivery and margin maintenance/improvement
- Oversee parts & rental deliverables
- Develop and issue shop packages aligned with project plans, tracking progress and addressing risks to deadlines
-Communicate effectively with:
- Project Manager
- Stategic Plant
- Customer to maintain timely status updates
- Organise meetings and capture minutes
- Maintain a record of all project-related communications
- Provide accurate status & progress reporting for financial forecasting, including:
- Margin and cash flow enhancement
- Budget control
- Correct invoicing
- Reduction in aged receivables
- Deliver project plans and status updates to customers in a timely manner, including recovery plans if needed, ensuring transparency and responsive solutions
- Participate in improvement programs
Essential Requirements
- Recent BSc or MSc graduate in:
- Business
- Engineering
- Project Management
- Resides in Aberdeen, UK
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Capacity to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Effective time and resource management, including Project Management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
