Project Coordinator (Live Events)

Are you a Project Coordinator or similar with experience working within the Live or Corporate Events background, looking to join an industry-leading business offering the exciting opportunity to work on some of the most engaging and sought-after events in the UK?

This company is one of the UK's leading technical event production companies. In the last 5 years, they have more than doubled their headcount, looking for a new project manager to support the team as they expand further. They are proud to combine cutting-edge technology with innovative creation, split across the whole spectrum of live event sectors including corporate, private, public, sporting, and live music. This is an exciting time to join them and progress your career.

The Role

In this office-based role, you will be responsible for the smooth running and coordination of some of the best Corporate Events across the UK. Working closely with the Project Manager and Hire Coordinators, you will coordinate multiple large- and small-scale projects. Communicating directly with crew teams and technicians, you will book transport and equipment to ensure all projects have the viable staffing and facilities to run as smoothly as possible.

  • Support Project Managers/Hire Coordinators with the successful planning and delivery of events
  • Coordinate multiple large- and small-scale projects and tasks, with competing priorities
  • Book and manage crew, transport, and resources, including the creation of crew communication documents
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
