Project Coordinator | Mix of creative and technical | Engineering | London - Office Based

Quality Assurance Coordinator - Office Based - Farringdon

£28k - £35k

Responsible for supporting quality assurance, technical documentation, and internal communications across engineering and operations teams. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage accurate information across multiple projects.

Key skills and responsibilities:

  • Quality-check and format technical reports, documents, and compliance records
  • Maintain accurate records, procedures, templates, and CRM data
  • Coordinate meetings, actions, client communications, and team activities
  • Support document control and continuous improvement processes
  • Create clear internal and external communications, including LinkedIn content
  • Translate technical information into concise, professional messaging
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, management, and client-facing teams
