Job Description
For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), Provides advanced project governance, coordination, and administrative support across all projects within the Property Development department, including the development of the Entertainment Resort Complex (ERC) and associated enabling infrastructure. Supports the Vice President, Project Directors, and Project Managers by ensuring project governance processes, documentation, reporting, communication, and administrative activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with established company procedures. Acts as a key coordination point between project teams, internal departments, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.

- Coordinate project governance activities, including contract documentation, change requests, work authorisations, approvals, and record management. Ensure project documentation is maintained in accordance with established governance requirements and procedures.
- Support the Vice President, Project Directors, and Project Managers with project administration and governance compliance, including document control, reporting, schedule and cost information, document reviews, and preparation of project materials.
- Track and follow up on project action items, approvals, and deliverables. Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to support project objectives and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare and distribute project correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other departmental communications. Maintain accurate project information and records using approved systems and software. Assist with expense reporting and other administrative activities as required.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across the Property Development team. Act as a liaison with internal departments to support governance processes, technology needs, procurement activities, resource coordination, and other operational requirements in line with company procedures.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities. Oversee overall project safety, obtain final acceptance for a contractor’s submitted safety plan, and compliance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to enter data into various software systems and interpret the outputs of digital software. Ability to manipulate data using software such as databases, excel and a variety of project governance tools.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers/clients, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to interpret spreadsheets and bar graphs.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
