Project Coordinator

About Sinewave

Sinewave was founded in 2015 with a clear mission from the very start - everything that we do will always be a power for good. Since then, we have gone from a living room start-up to a leading force within the energy transformation sector.

We are on a mission to help power the future more sustainably. We are the only B-Corp Certified ICP in the world. We’re part of powering the UK’s energy transition with innovative high and low voltage electrical solutions up to 400kV. From EV charging to renewables and commercial projects, we design, deliver, and maintain networks with sustainability and efficiency at heart. Join us to drive change and make an impact!

This Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to come and join our growing Projects team. This will be someone who challenges what we do daily and thrives working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines helping us build for the future.

An idea of what you'll be doing:

  • Act as the first point of contact for project and fault call enquiries (during working hours) through all communication channels.
  • Log, prioritise and co-ordinate fault calls, ensuring engineers and operational teams are deployed efficiently.
  • Scheduling labour and supporting project plans, liaising with subcontract partners, vehicles and equipment/materials across multiple projects and reactive works.
  • Apply for, track and manage permits including streetworks permits, council permits and access permissions.
  • Monitor permit conditions, dates and restrictions, escalating risks or delays where required.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling trackers and project records using internal systems and software platforms.
  • Arrange traffic management, access requirements and supporting documentation for planned works.
  • Support emergency and reactive works by arranging rapid response resource and maintaining communication with clients and site teams.
  • Attend operational meetings and provide updates on scheduling, permits, outstanding actions and resource planning.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, local authorities and subcontract partners regarding project progress and planned works.
  • Assist with preparation and submission of project completion documentation and reports.
  • Raise purchase orders, track costs and support invoice processing where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
