Project Coordinator - Large Format Print & Design (Exhibitions and Events)

Our client, a fast-growing large format print, graphics, and design specialist based in Essex, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support their busy Project Management team.

About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring every project runs smoothly—from quotes and planning through to production and installation. Working closely with Project Managers, you’ll:

- Keep project information accurate
- Manage workflows
- Support the delivery of high-quality work for major clients in the events and exhibitions industry
This is a hands-on, developmental role offering structured progression into Project Management, including training on:
- RAMS (Risk Assessment of Methods Statement)
- Method statements
- Quoting systems
Key Responsibilities
- Keep project data, documentation, and systems up to date and accurate
- Support quoting, coordination, and change control activities
- Perform quality checks before projects move into production or on-site delivery
- Assist with health & safety documentation, including RAMS and method statements
- Act as a communication bridge between internal teams—Design, Production, and Logistics

About You
- Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented
- Strong IT skills; experience with Smartsheet is a plus
- Confident handling structured data, spreadsheets, and project documentation
- Professional communication style with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Interested in developing a long-term career in project management
