Location: UK Wide (Remote / Home Based)
Salary: £14 – £18 per hour (£27,300 – £35,100 per annum equivalent, based on a 37.5-hour week)
Job Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Project Manager (Client Side)
About the Opportunity
Vita CV is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a UK-based business looking to appoint a reliable Project Coordinator to support active project delivery across the team. This is a fully remote, full-time role suited to organised candidates with prior project support or coordination experience who can keep multiple workstreams running smoothly.
About the Role
The Project Coordinator will support Project Managers across planning, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication, helping to ensure projects stay on track, on time, and within agreed scope.

- Support Project Managers across the planning and delivery of multiple projects
- Maintain accurate project trackers, schedules, and status reports
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate clear action notes
- Track project tasks, deadlines, and dependencies across stakeholders
- Maintain organised project documentation, files, and shared folders
- Flag risks, delays, and blockers to the Project Manager in good time
- Support stakeholder communication with clear written updates
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a project coordination, project support, or PMO role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project tools
- Good attention to detail and follow-through on tasks
- Self-motivated and reliable in a fully remote environment
- A stable home internet connection and a quiet workspace

Desirable (Nice to Have)
- Experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or ClickUp
- Exposure to formal project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2 awareness, etc.)
