Shape the Final Delivery: Join Buro Happold as a Project Deliverables Coordinator.

This person can be based in any of offices in either Bath, London, Manchester, Leeds or Edinburgh on a hybrid working model.

At Buro Happold, our projects help create a more sustainable, resilient and equitable future. Behind every successful project is a team that ensures our work reaches clients to the highest possible standard. We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Project Deliverables Coordinator to join our UK team and play a pivotal role in the production, coordination and delivery of client-ready project documentation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our multidisciplinary business, collaborating with engineers, project leaders and business support teams to ensure complex technical reports and deliverables are produced efficiently, accurately and on time.

About The Role

As Project Deliverables Coordinator, you'll become the central point of coordination for project documentation across multiple teams and locations. You'll manage deadlines, oversee quality assurance processes, maintain document control standards and ensure all deliverables align with both client requirements and Buro Happold's brand standards.

This will suit someone who enjoys organisation, coordination, quality management and bringing complex information together into polished, professional outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the production and delivery of technical reports and project documentation across multiple projects. Work closely with Project Directors, Project Design Managers and technical teams to establish deliverable requirements, timelines and production plans. Manage and maintain report production schedules and trackers to ensure deadlines are achieved. Apply and manage Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign templates, ensuring compliance with client and brand standards. Lead proofreading, formatting and quality assurance activities to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs. Prepare and issue client-ready documents through appropriate systems, portals and document control processes. Maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring accurate version control, document naming conventions and accessibility. Facilitate project kick-off meetings focused on deliverables, timelines and resource planning. Identify risks to delivery schedules early and proactively coordinate solutions. Support continuous improvement of templates, processes and ways of working across the business. Provide occasional support to wider Engineering Support activities when required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
