Project Delivery & Engagement Manager
Deeside Head Office | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (flexibility required to support key business activity)

We’re looking for a Project Delivery & Engagement Manager to join our Deeside Head Office team and play a key role in keeping colleagues informed, involved and inspired. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys turning complex business activity into clear communications, engaging content and practical plans that help teams understand what is changing, why it matters and how they can contribute.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll support the planning and delivery of operational and trading communications, colleague engagement initiatives and internal campaigns. You’ll help make sure messages land well across the business, using great storytelling, practical project coordination and creative content to bring colleagues closer to our plans and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead colleague communication plans for trading, operational and business initiatives.
- Support the successful landing of change programmes by creating clear, engaging and timely communications.
- Manage and communicate the colleague incentive plan, ensuring colleagues understand objectives, measures and outcomes.
- Own the creation, collation and distribution of the colleague newsletter.
- Develop video content, colleague stories and internal social content that drives engagement and recognition.
- Gather colleague feedback through surveys, listening groups and other channels, using insights to continuously improve communications and engagement activity.
- Work closely with Retail, Trading, HR, IT, Supply Chain and other departments to ensure messages are aligned and effective.
- Support project delivery by coordinating activity, tracking actions and ensuring stakeholders remain informed.
- Create presentation materials, briefing packs and communication toolkits for leaders and operational teams.
- Monitor engagement measures and communication effectiveness, recommending improvements where needed.
- Plan and support colleague events, conferences, roadshows and off-site meetings when required.
- Act as an advocate for colleague voice, ensuring feedback is considered in future plans and communication approaches.

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience creating engaging digital content, including video and social-style communications.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Confident using Microsoft 365 applications including PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Excel.
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Role details
- Office-based role located in Deeside.
- Occasional travel to stores, conferences and off-site meetings.
- Flexibility to support key business activities outside standard working hours when required.
