Project Delivery Coordinator – Operations
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Start Date: ASAP
We're looking for a Project Delivery Coordinator to join a global media and entertainment organisation, supporting the delivery of technology, infrastructure and operational change projects across a busy IT function.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised project professional looking to develop their career, working across enterprise technology initiatives, coordinating multiple workstreams and taking ownership of smaller operational projects.

What you'll do
- Coordinate delivery across multiple IT, infrastructure and operational change projects.
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, reporting and governance documentation.
- Support project planning, operational readiness, service transition and BAU activities.
- Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Take ownership of smaller projects while driving actions, milestones and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting project delivery within technology, infrastructure or transformation environments.
- Strong project coordination, governance and organisational skills.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Monday.com and/or SharePoint.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

Desirable Experience
- Experience within enterprise IT, cloud, infrastructure or digital transformation programmes.
- Exposure to Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience supporting operational readiness, service transition or BAU activities.
