Project Delivery Coordinator

12 month fixed-term to permanent
Hybrid - central London
Salary - £45,000

Are you an organised Project Coordinator looking to take the next step in your career? Do you enjoy keeping projects on track, working with a wide range of stakeholders, and being at the heart of technology and business change?

We're recruiting on behalf of an established, international media company for a Project Delivery Coordinator to support the successful delivery of technology, infrastructure and operational change projects across the business. Working within a collaborative IT function, you'll play a key role in coordinating multiple projects while also taking ownership of smaller initiatives from planning through to delivery.

The Role

You'll work closely with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, risks are managed effectively, and stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
