Screening Requirements
This role requires successful completion of the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) screening prior to commencement. BPSS is a government-mandated pre-employment check that includes identity verification, right to work, employment history, and criminal record screening.
Depending on the nature of the work undertaken, additional security clearance at Security Check (SC) level or above may also be required. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and willing to undergo the necessary vetting processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage consultant allocation and resource scheduling across client engagements and internal projects.
- Assess project requirements, consultant skills and availability to make effective resource allocation decisions.
- Coordinate delivery activities to ensure work is scheduled efficiently and client commitments are met.
- Monitor resource utilisation and identify opportunities to maximise productive time and bring work forward where appropriate.
- Resolve day-to-day scheduling conflicts and operational challenges, escalating significant risks when required.
- Work closely with consultants, business development teams and managers to balance business priorities and resource demands.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Identify risks, constraints and bottlenecks early, taking action to minimise their impact.
- Support the continuous improvement of resource planning and operational processes.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, communication and quality.

Key Requirements
- Experience in resource planning, project coordination, operations or customer service.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making skills and the confidence to assess information, prioritise effectively and make recommendations.
- Proven problem-solving ability, with a practical and proactive approach to resolving challenges.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work independently.
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service and quality outcomes.
- Previous experience within IT or cyber security would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
