Location: Sheffield, UK
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000pa
Job Type: Full Time, Office Based
About The Role
We are excited to be working with a leading technology company in the recruitment of 3 Project Delivery Managers who will be responsible for delivering a structured road map for the on-boarding of new clients. They will ensure a smooth, well managed journey in implementing the platform while constantly looking to streamline the process.
Owning the end to end delivery of projects, PDM’s will be working closely with Clients, Developers, QA’s and other members of the internal teams in order to deliver significant technical requirements in a clear and concise manner whatever the stakeholder complexity.
Over time, the team is expected to grow further which will see the role grow into a more varied project management position covering a wider portfolio of new and existing clients, therefore offering further career development.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the end to end delivery of projects from commencing the project to “go live”
- Managing complex and large scale customer implementations and integrations of the product suite
- Be the central hub for information for allocated projects by liaising and building strong relationships with both internal teams and third party suppliers
- Create and manage bespoke project plans to workable delivery timescales
- Be the primary point of contact for clients through out the implementation stage
- Facilitate project and discovery meetings
- Co-ordinate internal resources so that all project deadlines are met
- Produce clear and concise project information throughout delivery
- Partake and contribute to the wider company delivery methodology
- Produce and maintain accurate project dates throughout
- Review and assess completed projects to discover what worked well and where improvements can be made

You Will
- Have experience of delivering multiple high value projects, ideally within a software environment
- Need strong organisational skills
- Have a customer first attitude so excellent communication skills are required
- Be comfortable working with a fast paced and ever changing process
- Have an analytical mind in order to find solutions to potential issues throughout on-boarding
- Any formal project management qualifications are desirable but not essential
