Project Delivery Lead - Technology Rollout Programme

3-Month Rolling Contract | £375 Outside IR35 | Remote with UK-Wide Travel to Client Sites |

About the Role

Looking for your next contract where you can get stuck into delivery rather than endless planning meetings?

We're supporting a Global hospitality and events organisation as they roll out a new software platform across multiple sites nationwide. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who enjoys being regularly on client sites, solving problems, coordinating stakeholders and seeing projects through from planning to successful go-live.

This isn't a strategy or transformation role. The groundwork has already been done. The project plans, stakeholders and playbooks are in place – you’ll take ownership of delivery and make sure each site is successfully implemented.

The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering a phased technology rollout across a portfolio of UK sites, ensuring implementations are completed on time and with minimal disruption to operations.

Working closely with operational teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you'll coordinate everything from site readiness through to go-live and transition into BAU.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys delivery. This isn't a role for someone looking to spend five days a week working from home producing project plans. It's for someone who likes travelling to sites, building relationships and seeing successful implementations through to completion. The delivery framework is already established - your focus is execution.

Location

This is a remote-based contract with extensive UK travel. You'll regularly visit sites across the UK,. Travel will vary throughout the programme, with periods of intensive site activity followed by periods working remotely planning and reporting. Flexibility to travel is essential.

If you're experienced in Project Management, Implementation or Deployment within a multi-site environment who enjoys rolling your sleeves up, building relationships and delivering technology projects on-site, we'd love to hear from you.
