Project Delivery Officer - EV Charging

We are currently recruiting for a Project Delivery Officer - EV Charging to join the organisation on a 2-year fixed term contract. This is an opportunity to participate in the delivery of a multi-million pound infrastructure project to install electric vehicle charging points across the Borough.

You will be involved in the contract management of our suppliers. You will also take a key role in promoting the project to residents, to councillors, and to the wider community and stakeholders. You will be asked to monitor the delivery of the programme and to report on usage and uptake.

Away from the administration and management of the scheme, you will help to deliver the EV strategy and move it to the next phase of delivery. You will help the team to embed EV infrastructure provision across other service areas within the Council and liaise with external stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
