Project Coordinator
Location: Clerkenwell, London
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time (Office-based with hybrid working on Fridays)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and motivated Project Coordinator to join a growing furniture specialist based in Clerkenwell. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organisational skills, and is looking to build a long-term career within the commercial furniture and workplace sector. Previous experience within interiors or furniture is beneficial but not essential.
The Role
Working closely with the project team, you will provide essential administrative and project support, ensuring projects run smoothly from order through to completion. This is a varied position offering exposure to clients, suppliers, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the project team with quotations, purchase orders, and checking supplier order confirmations.
- Managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and taking accurate meeting notes.
- Liaising with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries and installations.
- Preparing product samples for client presentations and producing finishes schedules.
- Creating Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for completed projects.
- Managing client enquiries and coordinating day-to-day project activities.
- Assisting the team in achieving sustainability objectives and maintaining best practices.
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of multiple live projects.
About You
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable attending client meetings and industry events when required.
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment.
