Project Designer

London | £45,000-£60,000 + Quarterly Bonus

The role in context

If you've built a couple of years' experience within workplace design and are looking for more exposure to larger projects, this could be worth a look.

We're supporting a workplace design and build business that delivers CAT B fit-out projects across London, typically ranging from £2m to £8m in value.

They're looking for a Project Designer to join their team, someone who enjoys contributing to ideas, pitches and presentations, while also wanting to see projects progress beyond concept stage and through to delivery.

It's a role that offers involvement across both winning work and delivering it, giving you a broader view of the design process than many purely concept or delivery-focused positions.

What you'll be working on

You'll be involved across multiple workplace projects, supporting the design team from early-stage concepts through to project completion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
