Salary: between £40,250 - £50,250 DOE plus 10% annual bonus, car allowance and Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.00pm

Location: Hybrid working from one of our nationwide offices (Cannock, Horsham, Warrington, London & Edinburgh) and site visits to our development and construction projects as necessary.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing Electrical Design technical guidance and support across Veolia UK's Energy Industrial Customers.
  • Responsible for the Electrical Design development and promotion of new innovative and commercially attractive technical solutions.
  • To support the sustainable growth of Veolia UK's business by leading the Electrical Design for Technical Solutions in HVAC, BMS, LTHW, Chilled Water, District Energy, Heat Pumps, Fuel Cells, Low Carbon Heat Network, Steam and CHP systems.
  • Provide Electrical Design support to the Technical Solutions, BD and Ops teams to develop new energy performance proposals, existing operational contracts and new business development opportunities within industrial, healthcare and building service sectors.

What we're looking for:

  • Hold a recognised professional qualification in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience of the energy industry, in particular: building services, HVAC, BMS, steam raising plants, CHP, LTHW systems, Low carbon technology and heat networks.
  • Good understanding of electrical distribution and controls to lead selected project electrical design development
  • A creative, solution oriented thinker with Technical Optioneering experience in a client facing capacity.
