About Us

We are an established Nigerian company expanding into Development Management, Project Management, Project Controls, and Owner's Representative services for high value real estate developments across Lagos, including luxury residential, mixed-use, waterfront, commercial, and high-rise projects.

Our objective is to create a market leading project delivery advisory business that combines international best practices with deep local execution capability.

We are seeking an internationally experienced development and construction executive to join us as a strategic partner and technical leader in building this platform.

This is not a conventional employment opportunity.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader interested in helping build a long term business with significant upside through profit sharing and potential equity participation. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping strategy, winning mandates, developing systems, and leading major project delivery assignments. This role aligns with senior project leadership responsibilities commonly found in large development and construction organizations.

Business Development & Market Growth

  • Support the development of the firm's strategic growth plan.
  • Assist in securing new mandates and client relationships.
  • Participate in proposal development and fee negotiations.
  • Represent the firm in meetings with developers, investors, lenders, consultants, and contractors.
  • Build relationships with international investors and development partners.

Project Leadership

  • Provide executive oversight across multiple projects and client engagements.
  • Lead project governance frameworks, reporting structures, and delivery standards.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed cost, quality, schedule, and risk parameters.
  • Advise clients on development strategy, procurement, construction delivery, and project execution.
  • Review and approve project controls systems and reporting processes.

Development Management

  • Guide projects from concept through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams.
  • Advise on development feasibility and project viability.
  • Support due diligence, acquisition reviews, and development planning.

Technical Leadership

  • Establish international-standard project management methodologies.
  • Mentor and develop local project management teams.
  • Introduce best-practice project controls, scheduling, risk management, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with international project delivery standards.

Client Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to investors and developers.
  • Provide independent project reviews and development audits.
  • Advise clients on risk mitigation, procurement strategy, and commercial decision-making.

within major real estate, construction, development, or consultancy organizations.

Essential Experience

  • 20+ years of real estate, construction, or development experience.
  • Proven track record delivering high-rise residential, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, or large-scale development projects.
  • Experience managing project portfolios exceeding US$50 million in aggregate value.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, cost management, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
  • Experience working directly with developers, investors, or asset owners.
  • Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in the UK, UAE, Europe, Australia, South Africa, Singapore, or other mature construction markets preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • PMP, MRICS, MAPM, CIOB, PRINCE2, or equivalent professional accreditation.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification desirable.
  • Experience within internationally recognized project management or development firms is highly valued.
