Project Director

Project Director

Location: Birmingham Salary: £130,000 - £160,000 + Travel Allowance + Bonus + Pension + Holidays + Private Medical Insurance + Performance Package + Technical Progression + Immediate Start Available

This is not a role for someone seeking an easy project. It is a high-pressure, fast-track delivery environment, where projects are delivered significantly faster than traditional contractors through overlapping trades, aggressive programmes, and full lifecycle control.

You will take full ownership of a large-scale industrial new build project across sectors such as data centres, pharmaceuticals, and logistics, serving as the lead on site from early-stage design through to commissioning and handover.

You’ll be working for a contractor renowned for delivering projects faster than competitors, where decisions are made quickly, expectations are high, and performance dictates success. If you thrive in an environment where you are trusted to deliver, exert influence at every level, and drive programmes forward with minimal supervision, then this is where you will excel.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
