Senior Project Manager – Landmark Global Headquarters Development
📍 London | Client-Side | Major Capital Project
An exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of the most significant commercial developments currently planned in Europe.
Our client, a globally recognised financial institution, is undertaking a transformative headquarters project that will redefine London's skyline and establish a world-class workplace for thousands of employees. This multi-billion-pound development will become one of the largest and most technologically advanced commercial office campuses in Europe, representing a once-in-a-generation construction and programme delivery challenge. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the client-side team and help drive this landmark development from planning and design through construction and delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead major workstreams across the development lifecycle
- Manage consultants, contractors and key project stakeholders
- Maintain programme, budget, risk and reporting controls
- Support procurement and delivery strategies
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout planning and construction phases
- Drive project governance and executive-level reporting
- Ensure successful delivery against programme objectives, quality standards and commercial targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial construction projects
- Strong client-side or consultancy project management background
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated success overseeing major office, mixed-use, infrastructure or high-rise developments
- Excellent commercial, contractual and programme management capability
- Degree qualified in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline
