Project Director
Project Director – Commercial Fit-Out (New Business Division)
Location: London Salary: Competitive Salary + Profit Share + Long-Term Growth Opportunity
A highly ambitious and rapidly growing property developer is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the creation and growth of a new Commercial Fit-Out division. This is a rare opportunity to join an established business with a strong development pipeline and build a fit-out arm from the ground up, with the support, financial backing, and infrastructure of a successful real estate organisation.
The Opportunity The business has significant growth ambitions and is looking for a commercially minded leader who can identify opportunities, win work, develop client relationships, and establish a profitable fit-out operation.
This role would suit an individual who combines strong project delivery expertise with business development capabilities and an established network within the commercial fit-out sector.

Responsibilities Establish and lead the company's new Commercial Fit-Out division. Identify and secure new business opportunities across the commercial office, mixed-use, and workplace sectors. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders. Build and implement a strategic growth plan for the division. Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, programme, and commercial objectives are achieved. Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team as the business expands. Work closely with senior leadership to drive revenue and profitability.
About You Proven track record within the Commercial Fit-Out sector. Experience operating at Director or Senior Leadership level. Strong network of clients, consultants, and industry contacts. Demonstrated ability to generate and secure new business opportunities. Commercially astute with experience managing P&L responsibility. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build and scale a business unit. Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
