We're looking for an experienced Project Director to lead a major rebrand programme for a well-known UK consumer brand.
This isn't a typical delivery role. We're after someone who understands how brands come to life and can keep a complex programme moving across creative, digital, operational, and business teams. You'll be the person bringing everything together, keeping stakeholders aligned, managing dependencies, and making sure the rebrand lands successfully across every customer touchpoint.
What you'll be doing
- Leading a large-scale rebrand from planning through to launch
- Managing multiple workstreams across brand, design, digital, communications, and operations
- Building and maintaining the overall programme plan, milestones, risks, and governance
- Working closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Coordinating internal teams, agencies, and suppliers
- Managing budgets, timelines, and programme delivery
- Keeping everyone aligned and moving in the same direction

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
