Project Director - Data Centre Delivery | Northern Europe | Relocation or project-based working required
We’re supporting a major international data centre developer with the appointment of experienced Project Directors to lead the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical developments across Northern Europe.
These are senior construction leadership positions with responsibility across the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction and procurement through construction, commissioning and operational handover.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end project delivery across CSA, MEP, power infrastructure, utilities and commissioning
- Driving project strategy, governance, programme, cost and risk management
- Leading pre-construction, commercial strategy, contractor selection and delivery planning
- Managing senior relationships with contractors, consultants, utilities and key stakeholders
- Resolving complex technical, commercial and operational delivery challenges
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards

We’re looking to speak with:
- Established Project Directors / Senior Project Directors with significant data centre construction experience
- Leaders with a strong track record of end-to-end delivery, rather than purely design-focused backgrounds
- Candidates who have delivered major greenfield, hyperscale or mission-critical developments
- Individuals with strong knowledge across both CSA and MEP, alongside commissioning exposure
- Candidates comfortable with relocation or project-based working in Northern Europe
