Project Director
Job Title: Project Director Location: Birmingham, West Midlands Salary: £130,000 - £160,000 per annum + Travel Allowance, Accommodation, Data Centre Industry Benefits, Private Medical, Pension, Bonus, Progression Package Start: Immediate

Located full-time in the UK, this role involves full accountability for project execution, commercial outcomes, and stakeholder engagement. The Role
As Project Director, you will:
- Oversee end-to-end site delivery – from mobilisation through client handover.
- Manage high-level client and stakeholder relationships.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams & subcontractors with authority.
- Drive on-site delivery and direct end-to-end construction processes.
Ideal Candidate
You will have:
- A track record delivering high-value projects in Project or Construction Director roles.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and commercial acumen.
- Confidence in contract management & risk mitigation.
- A willingness to work full-time on site (Monday–Friday).
