This opportunity is designed for an established Project Director who thrives on building relationships, shaping opportunities and winning major commercial fit-out projects.
You'll own the client journey from the very first conversation through to contract award, becoming the trusted adviser throughout the process. Working alongside an exceptional in-house team, you'll lead design, pre-construction, commercial and technical specialists to develop compelling solutions that excite clients and secure new business.
Once the project is won, it moves seamlessly into the delivery team, leaving you free to focus on what you do best - developing relationships, creating opportunities and building the next success story.
What you'll be doing:
- Building long-term relationships with occupiers, consultants, commercial agents and key industry contacts.
- Identifying, developing and securing high-value Design & Build opportunities across London.
- Leading strategic client meetings and uncovering the commercial drivers behind every brief.
- Taking ownership of opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract award.
- Bringing together and leading internal design, pre-construction, commercial and technical teams throughout the bid process.
- Challenging briefs, shaping innovative solutions and presenting proposals that stand out.
- Growing a pipeline of quality opportunities while becoming a key figure in the continued success of the business.

About you:
You're already operating as a Project Director, Partnership Director or in a similar client-facing role within the commercial fit-out market.
You'll bring:
- A proven track record of winning profitable Design & Build projects.
- An established network across occupiers, consultants and the wider workplace market.
- The credibility to influence senior decision-makers and build lasting client relationships.
- The ability to lead multidisciplinary bid teams, bringing the very best out of the people around you.
- A commercial mindset, a strategic approach and the ambition to continue operating at the highest level.
