Lead one of London's landmark residential developments.

A leading UK main contractor is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Director for the delivery of a flagship £150m residential development in East London.

This is a career-defining opportunity to take ownership of a major project from pre-construction through to completion, leading a high-performing team while working alongside some of the industry's most experienced construction professionals.

If you've successfully delivered large-scale residential schemes and are looking for a role with genuine autonomy, long-term pipeline and the opportunity to leave your mark on one of London's most significant regeneration projects, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Director, you'll have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, ensuring programme, commercial, quality and safety objectives are achieved throughout every stage of construction.

  • Provide the strategic link between the design, commercial and operational teams.
  • As the senior lead on site, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest possible standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
