The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Project Document Controller/Information Manager to join one of our project teams, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of site operations.
Supporting the Project Document Controller and wider project team, you will play a key role in maintaining organised systems, managing documentation and ensuring accurate records are kept in line with company procedures.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to learn, with an interest in developing their career within a fast-paced construction environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
- Answer and direct calls and queries to the appropriate team members
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of documents, reports and presentations
- Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support the Project Document Controller and wider team with day-to-day office operations
- Ensure documentation and records are kept organised and in line with company procedures
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and project-related activities as required
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A–C or equivalent), including English and Maths
- Previous administration experience (construction or site-based experience is advantageous)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads effectively
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Calm and professional approach, particularly in busy or pressured environments
