Project Engagement Manager
This is far more than just a traditional project management role. You'll own the end-to-end customer delivery journey, acting as the central point of accountability from initial discovery through to production deployment and ongoing success. You'll be tasked with ensuring every implementation delivers measurable business value whilst meeting the highest standards of governance, security, and compliance.
You'll combine strong project management, delivery leadership, and customer engagement skills to drive complex implementations, remove delivery risks, and ensure clients realize value quickly. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing technology business.
Why This Role?
This company builds solutions customers can rely on in production and focuses on delivering measurable outcomes rather than promises. They move quickly without compromising governance or quality and work alongside their customers as trusted delivery partners, earning trust through consistent execution and exceptional delivery.
They have accelerated recruitment across engineering, product, AI, customer success, and commercial functions. Rather than remaining a specialist consultancy-style operation, the company is clearly scaling into a full enterprise software business with ambitions well beyond its founding team, so this is a perfect time to join a growing, entrepreneurial organization.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
