  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to own the validation strategy, from project planning, risk mitigation, to technical test development.
  • Develop expertise as a subject matter expert in automated equipment, driving continuous improvement with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day execution

  • Create detailed project plans (timelines, risk assessments, stakeholder communication).
  • Tie company-wide operational changes to their business impact, validating systems that ensure optimised manufacturing end-to-end.
  • Assemble and validate capital equipment projects, enhancing production capacity for biochemical devices.

Technical leadership

  • Take full ownership of technical equipment validations, designing real-world tests to verify machine capabilities under medical device standards.
  • Work closely with suppliers, including site visits to monitor development progress.
  • Document processes impeccably for regulated environments, ensuring compliance with stringent quality controls.

Growth mindset and contribution

  • Expand into influential technical and management roles (senior engineering, mentorship, line management).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
