In short, your role within Jungheinrich will play a crucial part in providing the customer with complete peace of mind in managing their intra-company logistics.
Role Purpose
Provide technical engineering Autocad drawing and BIM modelling support functions for the design and implementation of integrated materials handling solutions across the Jungheinrich product range of complex automated systems.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist in the engineering design of integrated materials handling solutions
- Work with Project Managers on technical aspects of a solution during the Implementation Phase
- Review detailed technical and engineering specifications
- Use AUTOCAD to prepare detailed technical design drawings
- Prepare and issue AUTODESK Revit model required for BIM
- Be able to carry out clash detection within BIM model. (Navisworks)
- Incorporate sub-contractor design drawings into combined system layouts
- Visit and support on customer sites as required by the Project Manager
- Assist in the preparation and updating of project schedules
- Consider and be aware of project cost constraints
- Assist and support to ensure project contractual obligations are met and financial procedures are adhered to
- Ensure project work is undertaken following Jungheinrich group guidelines
- Provide general technical drawing support to the full Jungheinrich Implementation team
- Provide general support and carry out additional duties as direct by the Implementation Director as required

Role Requirements
Essential
- Technical / engineering background
- Previous automated equipment experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Practical problem solving ability
- Team orientated
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good analytical skills
- Committed to excellence
- BIM Modelling experience
- Good experience of working within Autocad
- Experience with Autodesk Revit & Navisworks
