Project Engineer

The Project Engineer leads the technical execution of aerospace tooling and automation projects from concept through delivery. This role works closely with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery of aerospace tooling and automation projects.
- Develop concept designs and tooling layouts using CATIA V5/V6.
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams.
- Manage project schedules, technical deliverables, and engineering changes.
- Conduct design reviews and support customer meetings.
- Identify and mitigate technical, schedule, and cost risks.
- Support proposal development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in aerospace tooling, automation, or manufacturing projects.
- Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 for concept design and 3D modeling.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
- Excellent communication, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with aerospace tooling, assembly fixtures, robotics, or automated systems.
- Familiarity with PLM, ERP, and project management tools.
- PMP certification and Lean Manufacturing experience.
