Are you a Project Engineer with experience in civils, highways, or construction, looking to join a fast-growing, diverse organisation that designs, builds, and maintains multi-million-pound highway and civils projects? This role offers a gateway to progress into Technical Lead positions, while working on projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of highways and civils projects throughout their lifecycle
- Manage and approve design schemes, ensuring alignment with technical standards
- Provide expert technical advice to stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
- Oversee health and safety compliance across all project stages
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development
Working Arrangements:
- Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible timing options available)
- Hybrid model: Up to 2 days remote working per week
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer in civils/highways/construction
- Strong grasp of design, infrastructure, and technical execution
- Ability to conduct visual inspections, feasibility assessments, and budget management
- Analytical mindset with a focus on disciplined project delivery
- Hyundai UK or similar technical expertise preferred
