Project Engineer Design & Civils
Field Engineer / Construction Supervisor (Job Title as Implied)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with:
- Project documentation and control
- Job cost accounting
- Scheduling
- Construction supervision efforts
To excel in this role, the candidate must be comfortable taking on multitasking responsibilities and prioritising tasks efficiently across varied disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
- Ensure the project plan remains on track to meet anticipated deadlines
- Handle RFI (Request for Information) and submittal processes
- Process owner billings and manage project-related accounting issues

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager (ideally within civil/construction or industrial engineering fields)

Technical & Operational Skills
- Strong proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Construction documentation/software tools
- Familiarity with:
- Rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards applicable to construction projects
- Ability to adapt to diverse project environments and managing conflicting priorities efficiently
Note: This role requires detail-oriented supervision, strong communication, and both technical and administrative acumen.
