Join a team that's changing the way the UK approaches structural engineering.
At RCS, we specialise in solving complex structural challenges that others avoid. Our vision is to be the team the UK trusts with the problems others avoid — solving complex infrastructure challenges at pace, challenging the industry's default answers, and keeping the country working.

Working across some of the UK's highest-profile public and private sector organisations, we combine engineering expertise with practical delivery to provide evidence-led solutions from initial investigation through to remediation.

We're growing rapidly, with an exciting pipeline of projects nationwide. Our innovative approach has already been recognised this year through four industry award shortlistings, and we're looking for talented engineers who want to be part of something different.

If you enjoy solving real engineering problems, working on site as well as in the office, and seeing your designs delivered in practice, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering structural investigation and remediation projects from start to finish.

You'll work alongside our experienced engineering and construction teams, providing clients with a complete service—from initial surveys through to reporting, design and project delivery.

This is a varied role combining technical engineering with practical problem-solving and offers genuine responsibility from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
