Project Event Coordinator

Project Coordinator – Boutique Event Agency

Location: Leicestershire (Midlands) – Hybrid (2 days a week in-office) Salary: £28,000 + Clear Career Development Path Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time


We are thrilled to introduce this exciting opportunity with a dynamic, growing SME event agency based in Leicestershire. This is a hands-on, fast-paced Project Coordinator role ideal for someone early in their events career, eager to take the lead, immerse themselves in the action, and progress quickly.

You’ll join the delivery team, supporting Project Managers and Producers across the entire full lifecycle of premium corporate events.


About the Role

This is your chance to stop watching from the side-lines and dive into the most exciting – and rewarding – facet of event management. The agency is looking for a high-energy coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about elevating every single event.


Responsibilities

Your role will be central to the execution and delivery of events. You’ll be working at all stages, from planning through to execution:

Event Lifecycle Support

  • Assist with venue research, sourcing, and initial site proposals
  • Support in developing logical itineraries that maximise productivity and experience for attendees

Delegate Management

  • Maintain registration data with utmost accuracy
  • Craft and manage attendee communications and check-ins
  • Oversee CRM updates and updating contact information meticulously

Logistics & Print Coordination

  • Coordinate printing, shipping, and timeline scheduling for event collateral
  • Ensure relevant materials arrive on time and in the right quantities

Supplier Coordination

  • Liaise with trusted vendors, tech suppliers, and caterers to guarantee all logistical details are achieved
  • Support troubleshooting and adjustments to seamlessly integrate teams effortlessly on-site

On-Site Delivery

  • Actively participate on-site to assist in bringing premium corporate events to life
  • Ensure smooth operations, assist with any challenges and participate in tasks as needed
