Location: Hammersmith

Type: Full Time, Hybrid

Salary: £35,000

The Client:

A creative agency specialising in award-winning live experiences and film. With a collaborative and people-focused culture, delivering innovative, end-to-end solutions across events, experiential marketing, exhibitions, conferences, product launches, awards ceremonies, and brand activations.

The Role:

They are looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of events across a variety of projects. You'll work closely with project teams, helping to keep everything on track while identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Support event planning and delivery from brief to completion.
  • Coordinate timelines, actions, budgets and project administration.
  • Assist with supplier management, venue research and event logistics.
  • Prepare project documents, presentations and client materials.
  • Support delegate management and onsite event delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
  • Help drive continuous improvement and share best practice.
  • Research and promote sustainable suppliers and solutions.
  • Track sustainability initiatives and encourage environmentally responsible decision-making.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

  • 2–4 years' experience in events, project coordination or a similar environment.
