The Client:
A creative agency specialising in award-winning live experiences and film. With a collaborative and people-focused culture, delivering innovative, end-to-end solutions across events, experiential marketing, exhibitions, conferences, product launches, awards ceremonies, and brand activations.
The Role:
They are looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of events across a variety of projects. You'll work closely with project teams, helping to keep everything on track while identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Support event planning and delivery from brief to completion.
- Coordinate timelines, actions, budgets and project administration.
- Assist with supplier management, venue research and event logistics.
- Prepare project documents, presentations and client materials.
- Support delegate management and onsite event delivery.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
- Help drive continuous improvement and share best practice.
- Research and promote sustainable suppliers and solutions.
- Track sustainability initiatives and encourage environmentally responsible decision-making.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

What You'll Bring:
- 2–4 years' experience in events, project coordination or a similar environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to get stuck in.
- Adaptability, resilience and a strong sense of accountability.
- An interest in sustainability and creating positive impact through your work.
