Project Executive
This is a roster recruitment for Project Executive positions. Successful candidates may be contacted as suitable opportunities become available.
Responsibilities:
- Deputize for the Project Manager during their absence.
- Implement Project Management tools and approaches such as:
- Supporting Project Managers in the development, maintenance and monitoring of project plans; project schedules and deadlines.
- Supporting project finance management, including overseeing budgets and resource utilization.
- Leading the periodical project Gender and Risk reviews with IN2 Gender and Risk Subject Matter Experts.
- Ensuring adherence to set governance processes, such as preparing initial drafts of project reporting (internal & external) in accordance with reporting deadlines and the internal review and sign-off process
- Lead the organization, coordination, and delivery of project meetings - internal and external.
- Capturing, drafting, circulating and following-up minutes and action notes
- Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
- Set up and maintain project folders and filing systems.
- Support the Portfolio Management Office team with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic language is preferred.
