Project Executive

This is a roster recruitment for Project Executive positions. Successful candidates may be contacted as suitable opportunities become available.

Responsibilities:

  • Deputize for the Project Manager during their absence.
  • Implement Project Management tools and approaches such as:
    • Supporting Project Managers in the development, maintenance and monitoring of project plans; project schedules and deadlines.
    • Supporting project finance management, including overseeing budgets and resource utilization.
    • Leading the periodical project Gender and Risk reviews with IN2 Gender and Risk Subject Matter Experts.
    • Ensuring adherence to set governance processes, such as preparing initial drafts of project reporting (internal & external) in accordance with reporting deadlines and the internal review and sign-off process
  • Lead the organization, coordination, and delivery of project meetings - internal and external.
  • Capturing, drafting, circulating and following-up minutes and action notes
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
  • Set up and maintain project folders and filing systems.
  • Support the Portfolio Management Office team with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic language is preferred.
