About The Role

Are you a driven and detail-oriented project professional with a passion for collaboration and adaptability? As a Project Executive in our UK Planning team, you'll play a key role in supporting critical projects and programmes across the business. From New Product Development (NPD) to Existing Product Development (EPD), your contributions will ensure seamless project execution and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Support the establishment of effective project management practices, including defining project scope, maintaining project plans and tracking risks.
  • Assist in coordinating and attending project review meetings, ensuring milestones are tracked and risks are flagged to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update key project documentation, such as trackers, gate documentation, SKU raising and change control systems.
  • Communicate project updates and changes to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration within project teams, adopting agile methodologies to drive results.
  • Resolve project-related conflicts tactfully and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Contribute to post-project reviews, capturing and sharing learnings to support continuous improvement.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Experience in a project coordination or support role, ideally within FMCG, Rx, OTC, or health & beauty industries.
  • A collaborative mindset with emerging leadership skills and adaptability to change.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of business functions, particularly NPD processes and working with third-party suppliers.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage change effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, flexible approach.
  • Passion, energy, and the drive to meet challenges with confidence and professionalism.
