Our benefits
We are currently working in a hybrid fashion with the ability to work remotely, however, due to the nature of your duties, you may be required to travel to the Milton Keynes and London offices.

Salary range £42,000 to £48,000 per annum – Depending on relevant experience.
About the role
Reporting to the WorkForce Managing Director, this role provides dedicated project and executive support to the WorkForce MD and leadership team as well as to the Group Executive Committee. Blending this executive support with hands-on project delivery, the role owns and supports internal projects across the WorkForce Service Line, coordinates client and colleague events, prepares strategic presentations on behalf of WorkForce Leadership, and drives internal communications including the monthly WorkForce Colleague Connects Calls. The successful candidate will be a proactive, highly organised communicator who turns leadership priorities into delivered outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities
WorkForce Project & Leadership Support
- Own and support internal projects related to the WorkForce Service Line, taking responsibility for planning, coordination and delivery.
- Provide dedicated project support to the WorkForce MD and leadership team, translating leadership priorities into actionable plans.
- Prepare strategic presentation decks and materials on behalf of WorkForce Leadership and Executive team as required – ensuring correct branding guidelines are being followed
- Organise and coordinate client events with key internal stakeholders.
- Run the monthly internal WorkForce Colleague Connects, collating relevant information across the leadership and support functions and owning the follow-up communications (Including recognising and rewarding any award winners) to ensure critical messages are cascaded to all – ensuring that content continues to be fresh and engaging.
- Support WorkForce events and Group events, such as annual in-person Connect events, working alongside the People team, Marketing and Employee groups.
Executive Committee Support
- Provide support for key strategic meetings, including the production and distribution of agendas and papers, and taking and circulating minutes.
- Ensure meeting records represent an accurate account and include all relevant decisions, comments and issues.
- Support diary management across the Executive Committee as required and build efficiencies into the Executive Committees' diary by ensuring tasks and projects relating to these goals are planned, managed, and delivered effectively
- Help with various internal arrangements, from travel to processing expenses on behalf of ExCo.
- Manage the smooth running of the London offices by liaising with and managing all key suppliers and building management.
- Work closely with Risk teams and our ISO Partners and Office and HR Administrator to ensure we retain our yearly accreditation through audit meetings and support BCP activities where relevant.

Required Knowledge, skills, education and experience
ESSENTIAL
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong project management skills, with a structured and methodical approach.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and the ability to produce polished, strategic presentations.
- Design skills using tools such as Canva and Adobe.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with LLM / AI tools.
- A proactive self-starter who anticipates needs and works independently.
- Strong organisational and event-coordination skills.
- Solution orientated with sound judgement and decision-making ability.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with meticulous focus on attention to detail.
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Highly proficient with using data
DESIRABLE
- Awareness of HubSpot management.
- Experience within our sector (recruitment, workforce solutions or staffing).
- Experience in a similar role – operating with Executive Leaders
