Project Finance Coordinator
Grimshaw is an architecture and design practice with studios across the globe, delivering projects across transport, infrastructure, culture, and public space.
We are looking for an Project Finance Coordinator to join our London studio on a fixed-term basis, supporting the financial management of a large infrastructure project.
The role
Reporting to the Lead Project Accountant, you will support financial activities and record-keeping to ensure the smooth running of the project. This includes collating and monitoring timesheets, preparing monthly sub-consultant cost reports, analysing spend against forecast, and supporting invoice preparation. You will also assist with AFP preparation, purchase order tracking, QA checks, and audit support, and prepare data for Qlik reporting. Working with the finance team and design managers, you will contribute to forecasting, resourcing, and cash flow monitoring.

What We're Looking For
1 - 3 years experience in a similar role, or one with transferrable skills Strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently Good written and verbal communication skills Discretion in handling confidential information Experience with CMAP or Qlik (advantageous) Prior experience within a large infrastructure team (advantageous)
