Job Summary

As a Manager of HR at Bechtel, you will serve as a team leader in the administration, communication, delivery, evaluation, and issue resolution of key HR activities such as staffing, onboarding, compensation planning, performance management, employee relations and affirmative action plans. Your leadership will ensure compliance, consistency, and effectiveness of HR activities.

Major Responsibilities

  • Aligns HR practices with project schedules, workforce needs, and objectives
  • Oversees local implementation of HR programs
  • Leads a small HR team on the project
  • Coordinates performance processes and training deployment
  • Facilitates conflict resolution and issue management
  • Advises managers on HR applications and impacts
  • Facilitates implementation of project-driven organizational changes and tracks team response

Education And Experience Requirements

Typically requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8 -10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
