Role Overview
Full‑time, on‑site role in Bicester leading information management for a major project. You'll ensure systems, information, and processes support smooth and compliant delivery.
Full‑time | On‑site | Asite experience required
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Information Management team. Set and manage information standards and procedures. Manage the EDMS, particularly Asite, including user access. Coordinate reporting and support digital tools such as Field View. Train teams on information management systems. Support digital working via SharePoint, Teams, and mobile tools. Manage quality procedures and project archiving.
You Should Have
Experience managing information or document control processes. Knowledge of construction projects and lifecycles. Strong organisation and communication skills. Experience with EDM systems. Understanding of ISO19650/PAS1192. Confidence leading and supporting others.
