Are you ready to lead Information Management on projects where your expertise will make a difference? We'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for an experienced Project Information Manager to play a key role in delivering major construction and infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about information management, digital collaboration and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will
- Lead and develop the project Information Management team, providing guidance, coaching and support.
- Manage the project's Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), typically Asite, ensuring information is secure, accurate and accessible.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to project teams on Information Management systems and digital tools.
- Promote digital ways of working by helping project teams adopt collaborative platforms such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Support procurement activities by managing tender documentation and associated workflows.
- Lead project Information Management health checks and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage project archiving and digital handover activities in line with company standards and project requirements.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients and supply chain partners to ensure effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

What we are looking for
You'll have experience working within construction, engineering or infrastructure projects and be confident managing project information in a fast-paced environment.
You'll Also Bring
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and Information Management best practice.
- Experience using Electronic Document Management Systems, ideally Asite.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience developing and maintaining digital workflows and information governance processes.
- A good understanding of construction project lifecycles and quality management systems.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to prioritise workloads, solve problems and deliver to demanding project timescales.
