Key points

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Project Information and Systems Administrator to join our Finance team.

In this role, you will administer and maintain our Project Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring accurate data, completing project and employee setup, and supporting the integrity and reliability of our project accounting information. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys administrative work, data collection, and maintaining well-structured systems, and who takes pride in accuracy and consistency.

Main Responsibilities

PIM Systems Administrator

  • Administer Deltek PIM on a day-to-day basis.
  • Manage user lifecycle administration, including new starters, leavers, permission changes, and record updates.
  • Set up new projects and maintain project information to support accurate project accounting.
  • Ensure the PIM database is accurate, resolving legacy data issues and monitoring data quality.
  • Upload and organise documents in the Document Management System (DMS).
  • Deliver user training and onboarding sessions as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with users and Deltek Support.

Data & Information Management

  • Extract and log key information from documents, including commercial and project metadata.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
