Our Project and Installation Engineers
Our Project and Installation Engineers provide engineering skills to projects, tendering activities, engineering studies, vessels, equipment, and offshore engineering processes. The engineer will usually work as part of a team and may also be required to provide information and engineering guidance to other functions within the business. Work may be carried out onshore, onsite, or offshore.

Please note, if you don’t tick all the boxes below but feel you have some of the relevant skills and experience we’re looking for, please do consider applying. We would encourage you to apply with a CV that highlights your transferable skills and experience.
- Experience within the offshore energy industry, ideally within one of the following disciplines: Subsea IRM, Construction, Diving, foundations (piling, jackets), cables / umbilicals, heavy lift or reel lay discipline (i.e., Reel Lay, J-Lay, S-Lay).
- Degree qualified in an engineering discipline: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine, Offshore Engineering or similar (BEng / BSc or MEng / MSc).
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams across multiple projects.
- Ability to support interfaces within a project structure, including other disciplines, drawing office, document control, project management, client, and suppliers.
- A proven ability to deliver work within time and budget constraints.
- A working knowledge of offshore operations, planning processes, and risk assessment practices.
- Willingness to work offshore and travel as required as roles may involve short-term overseas assignments.
