This role is responsible for running Transformation Projects to achieve strategic outcomes for Lloyds Wealth's Clients, Colleagues and Company. This includes scoping, coordinating and leading multiple projects focussed on the delivery of systems, process, behavioural and or technology change. This role ensures our projects within programmes of work are delivered to a high quality, within budget and on time.

Salary: £56,060-£61,666
Key Responsibilities
Planning and Coordination
- Develop project/team/centre of excellence scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Structure and organise resources (both within and outside the change organisation) required to deliver project outcomes within allocated capacity/resources to the agreed timeline.
- Keeping track of and removing project or team impediments, managing team/project resourcing needs & demand and managing team/project risks, dependencies, incidents and issues.
- Liaise with other teams to share ideas and agree cross team dependencies and deliverables.
- Manage any suppliers relationships related to the project in a partnership approach.
Delivery and Readiness
- Responsible for coordinating all business readiness activities & the successful deployment and transition to run/embedding of any delivery.
- Responsible for working with engineering colleagues to ensure the quality of product/code.
- Responsible for arranging, facilitating, communicating and supporting testing, training and release planning.
Project Reporting
- Regular reporting on progress of project as appropriate and escalate to management as needed.
- Responsible for reporting and analysing accuracy of cost/effort estimates and supporting/challenging where necessary.

- Interpersonal skills and Team/Matrix Management: Foster collaboration, delegate tasks, and build a cohesive project team.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and optimize project schedules.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to project success.
- Problem-Solving: Analyse challenges, find solutions, and adapt as needed.
