Project Lead

Our Project Lead is a critical new role as we expand our business and manage a growing pipeline of complex projects within the studio. Direct experience in project managing and account managing retail and visual merchandising (VM) projects is essential.

About the Role

This role will focus on ensuring project success, hitting deadlines, and delivering outstanding client service to ** небольшой внутренний** teams responsible for project execution. Additionally, you will act as the bridge to new and existing clients, fostering engagement to drive new business and increase revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing projects from inception to completion, ranging from design-only projects to global VM rollouts, bespoke window schemes, or experiential activation spaces.
  • Cost control and collaboration with the finance department to meet margin and revenue targets.
  • Managing team development and mentoring junior staff.
  • Generating new business opportunities through client relationships, enquiries, and sales.

Essential Experience

  • 5+ years managing retail design, visual merchandising (VM), or related creative agency/brand projects.
  • 5+ years in account management in retail design, VM, or creative industries.
  • Hands-on experience with luxury or premium retail, including window displays, pop-up shops, brand activations, and point-of-sale (POS).
  • Specific knowledge of beauty and skincare (a significant advantage).
  • Strong background in managing full store fit-outs.
  • Supplier and manufacturing industry knowledge.
  • Direct experience leading and managing small project teams.

Competencies & Skills

  • Project management expertise in retail builds.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and drive sales.
  • Analytical mindset, forward-thinking, and commercial focus.
  • Exceptional communication (internal and external).
  • Experience using project management software (Scoro).
  • Bonus: Familiarity with G-Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (CS), and CAD software.
