Department: Progress Lifeline Salary: £41,435 - £42,897 Location: Leyland / Agile Hours: 36.25 hours per week Contract: Permanent

Join Our Legacy of Change and Community

At Progress Housing Group, we’re more than just homes, we’re a community. With 900+ passionate colleagues, we’re committed to making a difference every day, supporting people to live independently and thrive.

We’re now looking for a Project Lead to join our Progress Lifeline team on a permanent basis. If you’re organised, proactive, and enjoy managing projects that make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

As a Project Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering a range of projects across Progress Lifeline - from service improvements and new service implementations to wider operational initiatives.

You’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring actions are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered on time. Working closely with operational teams, digital services, and senior leaders, you’ll help ensure projects are well managed, risks are identified, and outcomes are achieved.

The role involves maintaining project documentation, monitoring progress, and supporting colleagues to deliver key actions. You’ll also contribute to reporting and continuous improvement, helping to shape how services develop over time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
