Project Lead

Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
About The Role
We're building ambitious products at Eneba, and we need a Project Lead who runs toward hard problems, not away from them. You'll be the operational centre of gravity — the person everyone trusts to get things done, keep teams aligned, and raise the bar on delivery quality.
This isn't a coordination role. You'll make decisions with imperfect information, define structure where there is none, and hold yourself fully accountable for outcomes. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and have a relevant track record in gaming, digital products, tech or fintech, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Own the project end-to-end — from planning through delivery, no hand-offs, no excuses
- Remove blockers fast and keep cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product, business) moving in the same direction
- Define structure in ambiguous situations and make clear calls when the path forward isn't obvious
- Communicate proactively — concise written updates, transparent blocker flagging, crisp verbal sync
- Hold the standard on quality without sacrificing speed
- Drive stakeholder alignment across functions and escalate risks early and clearly

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
